Tasting notes
Pensamentu is bright and shiny cherry red. To the nose, the green part dominates with notes of chlorophyll and wild mint that coexist with hints of currant, black pepper and ink. In the mouth, the freshness makes it almost thirst-quenching in spite of its alcohol content. It is a whole that quickly balances its components with a great aromatic endurance whose aftertaste brings out once again the balsamic elements captured by the nose.

Tasting notes
Su Biccu has a straw yellow colour, is delicately fruity with a hint of Mediterranean marine scrub, of which it retains the scent of aromatic herbs. A dry, sumptuously savoury and mineral wine dipped in brackish given to it by the magic of sea breeze. All for a long finish of characteristic taste and aromas. It is best paired to raw seafood, grilled fish and delicate meats.
